Enrollment

We are now accepting 2022-2023 enrollment packets. Please download the checklist and enrollment packet from the links below. Please make sure you have completed the enrollment packet and have all the necessary original documents.  ***We will not accept any incomplete enrollment forms***   Once your paperwork is complete, please bring the packet to the Gledhill office, hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you have any questions or need more information, please call the main office at (818) 894-1151.

Download and complete the CHECKLIST & ENROLLMENT PACKET which require the following items:

❏ Birth Certificate ❏ Immunization Record ❏ Proof of Residency (under one of the Parent/Guardian name)      - Utility Bill  gas/water/electricity (most recent)      - Property tax payment receipts.       - Official government mail ( CalWorks, Social Security, or Voter registration) ❏ Parent/Guardian Picture I.D. ( parent/guardian needs to be present at time of enrollment)

❏ Certificado / Acta de Nacimiento ❏ Cartilla de Vacunación ❏ Prueba de Domicilio: ( bajo el nombre del padre/madre)      - Contrato de servicios públicos, ( factura pagos de l uz/agua o gas) el mas reciente      - Pago de impuestos a l a propiedad      - Correo oficial del gobierno o registro de votantes ❏ Identificación del padre/tutor legal ( el padre/tutor debe de estar presente al momento dela inscripción)

City of Angels School is the independent study school for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and offers K-12 students a full-time educational program through weekly appointments. Students at City of Angels School must meet a minimum of one hour per week with their assigned teacher and receive 30 hours of work to complete at home. All courses are accredited and approved by the State of California, the University of California, and the Los Angeles Unified School District.

 

 

City of Angels Virtual Academy is a full-time online independent study program for students in grades TK-12. Students take all of their courses online using the Edgenuity online curriculum. All courses are accredited and approved by the State of California, the University of California, and the Los Angeles Unified School District. The City of Angels Virtual Academy is organized in each Local District.

 

All enrollments will be channeled directly though City of Angels 32 satellite sites and their respective teachers. Please use the City of Angel's "location map" to find a site that is convenient to physically access. Once you have located a site(s) please reference our website “Locations” menu to find the site/teacher contact information.  Because some sites may be full you may want to find a backup location.
